Merrill Stewart, CEO

Merrill Stewart has experience in the marketing and communications field in the Tampa and Sarasota/Bradenton markets for the past 17 years in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She brings a level of strategy, expertise, detail focus, professionalism and best practices in her work. 

Merrill’s experience includes over 10 years in non-profit fundraising and support including roles as Director of Development for a 120 year old child-and family-centered non-profit in Tampa, raising $2 million in support each year in addition to the implementation of annual fundraising initiatives, social media strategy, fundraising strategy planning, marketing, communications, grant writing, major gift solicitation, community and volunteer support.  She has also worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County where she gained extensive experience in fundraising event planning, donor cultivation, public relations, corporate communications and marketing.

Merrill's experience includes over 15 years in the for-profit sector including work with Clear Channel Communications - Radio, Tampa and Sarasota/Bradenton markets, in the Banking Industry, and Customer Service. She has planned and implemented promotions and marketing opportunities for area businesses while employed at Clear Channel Communications – Radio in Tampa, and successful management of the marketing, promotions and communications team covering 8 radio brands in the Sarasota/Bradenton market.  Experience in both markets included working with the sales team and business owners to develop successful promotions to increase awareness and business via radio messaging and events, and recruitment of all materials necessary to launch successful on-air promotions. Merrill served as the Director of Marketing & Communications for First Priority Bank based in Manatee County through its expansion from 3 branches to 6 locations in a six month period of time.  She oversaw all marketing, advertising design and placement, community giving, public relations and website development on behalf of the business across varied target audiences and customers.

Jeff Stewart, Vice President of Sales

Jeff Stewart has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing across multiple brand channels and product lines.  He has worked for multi-million dollar corporations to help grow their brands and distribution channels, as well as grown his own businesses with an entrepreneurial spirit!

Jeff has a solid record of strategic thinking and focus to find the right solutions to help each client realize their goals and does so with a creative twist! Jeff has worked with Monster Energy/Hansen's Naturals serving as a Key Account Manager, managing and building relationships with beverage distributors contributing over $2.5MM in business.  He has led and participated in distributor market launches in New York, California, Arizona and Florida and has been an integral part of an East Coast team setting the record for sales and profit in the entire history of the company.  He has also worked with Coca-Cola Enterprises managing accounts for large and small stores.  His expertise in strategic promotional programs and point of sale product placement earned him the market leader position on his team, managing national chain customers. 

Jeff excels at thinking outside of the box and considering tailored solutions for each client that may not have been considered before.  He has the innate ability to pull together comprehensive marketing and advertising plans that focus on building target market awareness and brand support which he gained experience with at Clear Channel Communications, Radio in the Sarasota/Bradenton market.  He consistently ranked in the top three account executives in sales performance, successfully working with team members and prospects to find exceptional solutions that exceeded expectations. 

As an entrepreneur, Jeff owned and managed his own construction company, designing and building custom, innovative projects for clients.  Through a process of relationship building and needs assessment, he delivered quality construction results with superior customer service, leading to repeat business and referrals.  He understands what it takes to run a business, the importance of the bottom line and finding creative solutions to needs while maintaining integrity and best practices.
